I thought Carol/Daryl seemed more likely than Dale/Andrea tbh.

Never seen someone faint and get fevers just because of shock, but alright that explains it.

Carol/Daryl might be something they try to explore, probably depending on the 'viewers' reactions towards it, but with season 2 almost at its end, it's quite possible they'll just ignore the whole thing.

News flash- the show you're watching is ridiculous. If there was any semblance of reality, the entire cast would be as filthy and smelly-looking as Daryl. A boy was shot and was back on his feet in no time. When the CDC exploded, Shane took cover... in a fuckin' JEEP. Daryl fell off a mountain, got stabbed really ugly by an arrow, and had his foot chewed by a zombie and he's just fine. Dale lived this long. Ridiculous!
It's not quite as ridiculous as True Blood, but it's still pretty ridiculous. I've learned to accept this. I don't yell at the screen anymore when something completely retarded happens. I just kind of roll my eyes.
I only watch because I want to see people get eaten by zombies.

What i don't get is why all the zombie flashes after he died? The most logical conclusion i came up with is somehow the zombification process is sped up.
but what about the huge herd towards the end?

Probably because the bite-less zombie transformation hasn't been officially revealed yet so they want to make sure the audience knows Carl shot a zombie and not Shane just getting up. I know it sounds silly but you must never underestimate how stupid the audience is. I mean look at how many people think Jesse moved the gun on the Breaking Bad finale of season 3.

And the herd scene is the producers demonstrating how stupid Carl is by shooting a gun instead of just telling his dad to turn around. I mean fuck they had an group discussion on not using guns when there's only 1 zombie. Now the farm is lost.

This last episode seemed so anti-climatic. But I do think it was hilarious there was a huge population of zombies just standing idle in the woods for fuckin' no reason.

Any bets on who dies in the finale? I feel certain Carol is a gonner. Might as well get rid of T-Dog too, he's been even more useless than Carl. All that matters to me is that Maggie lives.
