Well Shane did what he had to do, he was crippled and Otis can't out run the zombies so either all 3 people die or 1 person gets sacrificed, i don't really see any way out of that situation and the entire thing was Otis's fault in the first place accident or not

I totally disagree... Shane seems to have a pattern of homicidal behavior. He almost gunned down his best friend in the woods because he wanted some more winky-time with his wife. When Shane collapsed the first time and told Otis to leave him, Otis did the right thing and pushed him to keep going... Well if Otis would've had any idea what kind of man he was rescuing he might've decided to just leave him, but he didn't and it cost him his life. He might've been trying to make it right, but he didn't need Shane's help in the form of a bullet in the kneecap. How could you support a character who kills his own? They could've made it together perhaps... Now we'll never know.

Yup... Otis was just a good old boy. I mean, we all knew he was in for trouble when his stomach pressed against the steering wheel in his own truck but who would've thought it'd happen like THAT? Then again Dale (favorite character! "Words, paltry little things.") knows what kind of person Shane is, and he's sort of the father figure for them so hopefully he will boot him out... But he might take hot blonde girl. I'd be sad to see her go, even if I thought her sister was much cuter... I was also put off by the awkward semi-sexually-tenuous religion-talk with Glenn and farm girl. I also kinda really wish the kid ended up dying. Also, needs more zombie killings pl0x! Think I'm done. RIP OTIS! Drink one for mah daawg. lolwut?

Ok, I'm neither Asian nor Redneck and I like the show... There's something interesting about the concept of a zombie apocalypse being extended beyond a 2 hour movie.

However, this season has been utterly boring...There is hardly ANY zombie action at all.

There was ONE zombie the entire last episode. And he was stuck in a well away from the group. In fact the entire scene was messed up. What is the logic behind putting the little Asian kid down there to hook his neck? How does "live bait" make that any easier at all? Then he broke that fire hydrant? The kid is 150 tops, no way he broke it. Then they were pulling the rope up super fast like there was a ton of slack. If there had been slack he would have fallen in. Also, he stayed still in the well for like 3 minutes of them pulling the rope. Plus the Asian kid is so awesome he would have just climbed up the rope instead of waiting for them to pull it up...Horrible scene...

I am glad he got laid though.

Liked the first season. The second season is starting to get old with 40 minutes of bullshit time filling and then the last 5 minute something that makes me want to watch next weeks happens. The dramatic ending this week wasn't even that great.

Totally agree with Daryl being the only one in top tier. If I was there I'd totally enjoy letting him use my body to make badass, post-apocalyptic, crossbow carrying babies. I really like Andrea, but she's a bit whiney. And the kids need to go and take Sophia's selfish bitch of a mom with them.

IMO Season 2 is still good but not as good.

It seems more like a drama with zombies instead of a zombie apocalypse survival series now. Budget cuts are to blame obviously. refer to my previous post on page 1.

That one seemed a bit weird to me, if I was a zombie and running on primal instincts and happen upon some guy lying on the ground I'm pretty sure I'd be able to tell the difference between tasty redneck flesh and a boot...

I've read a few of the comics and loved them, but I hear the only good episode was the pilot. Still might check it out if I have time over winter break.

So uhhh... I assume the zombies in the barn were family members that they're hoping they can save or something like that? I enjoyed episode 5 because of Daryl's bad-assery and hallucination-Merle but other than that, this has been one booooring fucking season.

Oh, and Andrea is such a stupid cunt... Dale used to be my favorite, even above Daryl. But after saving that dumb bitch, and Daryl's mountain-climbing adventure I think I gotta drop him to 2nd (he still had the best line this episode though: "if I'd known the world was gonna end I'd've brought better books" I lol'd so hard). My girlfriend and I agree that slut-wife's child is probably Shane's (OMGDRAMA), and that she'll probably never get around to telling her husband. The only survivors worth keeping are Daryl, Dale, Rick and Glen. I guess Lori could come to serve as the town cumdumpster though... Gotta repopulate somehow!

I seriously hope they pick it up for the next few episodes, zombies might move at a snails pace... But the fucking plot line shouldn't.

I'm thinking it's their family and neighbours and they kept them in the barn because the house owner guy doesn't seem to like violence rather than because they think they can save them.

I suspect the lack of action might be down to budget constraints compared with the first series. Hopefully they're saving up for some big budget action later on.
