I have a problem - There's been no "submit" button for me for either FF or Chrome.

You have to type something into the box before it will allow you to submit it.

Make sure you've entered all the required fields, if that doesn't work, try a different browser and see if that works.

Including the comments and trading URL (PM).

Make sure you've entered all the required fields, if that doesn't work, try a different browser and see if that works.

I tried both FF and Chrome.
I have IE too but I never use that.

Seconded, I've had 5+ trades that people haven't given me trader score and I can't be bothered to nag people for it.

I've had a few trades where the other user couldn't give trader score also; although if it gets completely removed it's hard to tell if users are trustworthy or not o:

Members with over 20 trader score have scammed other mmbers before (and none saw that coming).
You should always move carefully while doing expensive trades.

I did a trade with someone who didn't ask me to score them, and until this topic didn't even know I could.
It's probably possible to change the interface a bit when specifically browsing the trading forums to make the whole trader rep thing a little more obvious and important.
