I know how you feel about wanting the best non-extreme cpu, but seriously, let it slide. If you plan to, a clocked 2500k can run virtually identical to a clocked 2600k. There are quite a few people who've got them stable at 5 GHz on air, although I wouldn't expect quite that high normally.

As for your graphics card, the card itself is fine, but you have to make the decision between Nvidia and AMD. The reason I personally bought the AMD 6990 over the Nvidia 590 was mostly for the fact that I can add another same-series card to it if I wish in the future. Remember that with your Nvidia card, if you wish to upgrade in future you either have to buy the same one again or scrap this card completely.

i would have gotten better memory, but good build
