The current Better Than You is very manageable! It may take a few tries though.
And this isn't a cheat, it's a trick, like for the last post about the Better Than You.

Use this guide to memorize the outfits that Hannah has to wear with each description.
You need to be able to dress her quickly! Your bonus points for each time needs to be an average of about 92 or 93.
Remember that after you dress her and get a PERFECT, then the next time you dress her, you can click the "!" and it will dress Hannah in 2 correct items for you so you only have to put 3 on her. It will save you some time!

For the bonus levels, you need to get EVERY block AND every diamond.
Remember that after you get every block, the level ends, so make sure you get the diamond before you get every block.

It's all based on luck.
I practiced for 3-4 hours.
My last score was like 34 points away from the score needed, and I hit every block on all the extra levels, including the diamonds

At that point I realized it would be impossible. I would only be able to shave a max of about 10 seconds off. Not really possible to shave 34 seconds off.
