I'm looking for something that's free, easy to use, and light-weight. Also if it can create .iso files that would be awesome too.

I use Virtual CloneDrive, seems to work fine for what I've used it for so far. I've also used ISO Recorder to create ISOs, that seemed fine for me too.

Daemon Tools lite is my favorite. It's pretty simple.

Daemon Tools is the way to go.

I actually have the Pro version, and I have to say it's awesome for mounting whatever you want. I'm sure the lite version is just as good

I use daemon tools. alcohol is technically a better program, but DT lite is extremely simple to use for small mounting jobs.

though if you're MAKING and BURNING images, alcohol is what I would use.

mount -o loop,ro file.iso /the/mount/path

On windows I'd go with PowerISO or MagicISO. You'll have to torrent them though, the trials versions set some sort of limit, can't remember what it is.

PowerISO doesn't let you create ISOs on a trial I believe.

What a wonderful gravedig.

This thread was still on the first page of the section, so not a grave-dig.

And even if it were, it'd still be more useful than anything you've posted since January 1st.
