At the moment, I'm sure that this Prog Manager is the last thing on Soul's mind, seeing as they have the problem with the official codex PM to fix amongst other things (like his RL stuff). I for one, would much rather see the Codex one up and running again. Be patient people

Well guys, since i got the same thing as everyone else, but then again i tried opening my normal PM first and noticed that that still isnt opening before it connects to Neocodex..
I'm going to take a wild guess that, that one wont open either until the normal program manager is sorted, since they'll both run off Neocodex for information.
..so give it a bit of time, and go outside, or play legit

Sorry guys.
I seperated from my Fiancee the other day and am dealing with a lot of personal issues. I will repair this program manager when I get the time, effort and willingness to do so.
For now, this topic is being locked and will be re-opened when I've actually fixed the program.
