Could someone please explain how to buy advanced membership for a friend?
I'm still quite new and don't know how. (I did check faqs and rules and couldn't find a similar topic)

He has to give you his neocodex login info.. now you have to login at his forum username and buy a advanced for him/her

A safer way would be to get in touch with an admin to organise a proper transfer of a subscription.
