This channel is for members 18+ and it is password protected. Please PM or post here and I will PM you the password. Please do not give out the password unless you are certain that the member you are sharing with is 18 years of age or older. This is merely for underaged protection and not to be biased whatsoever.



Please take note that these channels are intended for the friendly and general use for all of our community members and not just those that are selected or in specific groups.

Nothing happens, Adults tend to prefer not having to keep themselves in check by avoiding discussion of particular topics that may be deemed as unsuitable for minors. It was with the best intentions that two separate Channels were made.

Unofficially they are for us community members. Period. No biased requirements.

You spam and cause a lot of grief then obviously you will get banned, just play nice.

Point #1
The current Neocodex Tinychat is fine for everyone who contacts us and is an active member of the community. We have a password in place and we don't want it publicly shared for various reasons.
Reason #1) Some fuckwit decided to go post the original one on /b/, and the channel got raided, with random guys coming in and out, posting obscenities, abusing people and pretty much flashing their small penis'

Reason #2) Tinychat is actually MINIMUM of 16+, so it's not for everyone. We attempt to keep it to those who are actuall mature enough to be in there.

Reason #3) We have had cases of the females (wtf girlz on the interwebz?) being harassed by members who they do not even know. Some of us may joke around, however we know each others boundaries. New people to the room should not be attempting to pressure to get the girls nekkid, despite how hot or cute they are.

Reason #4) We have had cases of people simply creeping in the room. They join and stay silent, or they join and refuse to reveal who they are. If you want to join TC fine, but you MUST be willing to be identified on camera by a moderator (minimum). If you aren't willing to do that, there's no need for you to be in TC and there is a perfectly good IRC channel.

Point #2
I really don't think you are in a position to be creating an unofficial channel on behalf of NeoCodex. That is actually exactly what Pyro has done, after requesting permission from the admins to do so. You shouldn't really go throwing the NeoCodex name out there with moderator priveleges for yourself, unless it has been cleared by actual Neocodex staff, even if the channel is unofficial, it still holds the sites name and people may miscontrue it as official, regardless of name.

I appreciate what you're attempting to do, but really think you are stepping well beyond your boundaries as a new member, simply because you have temporarily been removed from the original unofficial webchat.

Then by all means change the subject of this thread to whatever you wish. I still wanted an unbiased place to sit and chat with everyone... creating a thread here and refreshing every few seconds is monotonous and defeats the purpose of having a chat. Since everyone that does not fall under a strict criteria was banned from the regular TC chat I made these. Doesn't seem like it will cause any harm giving everyone, even "new members" a place that they can go and socialize.

Allow me to rephrase... it would be nice to use a Tiny Chat where we can socialize. Again I don't see what harm it would cause allowing everyone the opportunity to socialize regardless of community standings. Provided they don't abuse their hospitality.

What is the harm in what I have done? In all actuality how is this hurting anyone or anything?

I don't think there is an issue with people being disallowed from participating in tinychat due to their 'community standing'. The only reason people get banned from tinychat is their behavior there...

Also, having three tinychat rooms for the site is hilariously redundant.

I violated none of the rules dictated above yet I was still banned as were several others. After discussing it with several other community members through out the day today I made these.

There really are no minors in the normal TC crew.

if you are going to do that, dont associate it with neocodex in anyway, seeing as soul pointed out, you havent gotten any permission to use the sites name elsewhere.

Ummm I didn't see anyone being a prick. What I believe was going on was that Soul was asking you to not associate your TC rooms with Neocodex as the admins of the site have not approved it. No one is saying you can't have a room...they're just saying you can't have a room with the Neocodex name attached to it. No reason to get all defensive about it...

Tiny Chat seemed like a great idea and even though I was under the impression that others in our community would see that I made these with the best of intentions, clearly I am in the wrong.
