Neocodex noticed some downtime today starting around 12:30 pm PST. It appears to be a Dreamhost issue. They are updating their status page here: http://www.dreamhoststatus.com/
Once they have resolved their issues, Neocodex should return back to normal as well. During the downtime, you won't be able to log in to programs, or submit/receive prices from the item database, etc.

Thanks for the update! I kinda freaked out a bit when I tried to start the PM and it showed that the program list was empty lol, I'll give it some time and try again later

The site goes down for 10-15 minutes every day to back up shit, at around 6-7 am -3gmt, maybe that's what he meant...
