I'd just be glad if they finally release it ._.

but seriously, I have no doubt it'll be successful with all the extra work they put into it, I just I just don't think it would have as much hype as D2 though what with all the other good games coming out

i like how the korean govt really stuck it to the real money market and wouldnt allow an approval of the game unless they took it out lools
It's against their laws, so they kinda had to.

Everyone will buy it, including the latest crop of 11 year old noobs.

Will everyone like it? I'm worried that I might not, because I live in the past so much. Every time I pick up a recently released FF game, I rage. (Where's my intricate storyline, character customization, and multidimensional gameplay!?!?) I also kinda loathe the premium features on general principle, since it makes two tiers of players, the ones who will fork out the dough for the best equipment, and the ones who have to pay their bills. (I'm the latter, of course) I have no idea what might piss me off about D3, but if that magic's not there, i'll notice.

Totally agree with you.. these new games with cash shop although you can play without ever touching it.. but they always incorporate this element in the normal activities to give added advantage and at times just simply makes it difficult for those who do not wish to fork out the cash.. I'm have not seen the D3 Auction House yet.. but hopefully they wont add this cash item in petty areas just to make you feel irritated that you can't use it...

Example of the petty cash item element is like DragonNest - weapons crafting... by using their crafting jelly(cash item) you can safely enhance your equip without the worry of breaking it... and also a 100% sealing seal instead of the games normal seal which is by chance...

But i feel it will definitely be a hit.. been waiting for it since i started my uni life.. and now i have been working for more than 3 years.. that speaks for itself i guess.. hope the storyline is something to look forward to..

Starcraft 2 was a rather big hit in korea, it's biggest market is in korea anyways.

I feel that they shouldn't concentrate so much on the graphics and work more on the game play for diablo3, high graphic games don't last long(once it loses it's novelty but good game play games do.)

Yeah i feel that freemium games usually end up significantly more expensive then P2P games. Some games such as maple story gets ridiculous as you will never be able to survive a boss fight without forking out money. It seems like it was designed that way, which is the reason why i quit
