Now THAT would be a neat trophy. I used to love seeking out people for adventures to play through. They sure have come a long way since then.

I say go for it. Some species have more competition than others, but the main thing is advertising. (A good picture helps)
It's a LOT easier to win than it was 5 years ago, though - mainly because not as many people play now, lol. I entered with a Kacheek not too long ago and was surprised to walk away with silver.
A high-competition species will only have 3-5 pages of entries, whereas a few years back there was as many as 15 pages.
Lower-competition species now a days will only have 1-2 pages of contestants, so if you have a decent picture and advertise you're almost guaranteed a trophy.

Don't forget to put a picture + voting link on your lookup, shop, signature, and even your gallery if you wish.

Yeah well, I didn't send in for the English poetry competition, I guess that poetry competition really depends on luck

Not if you go for unpopular days close to bigger events. Easy peasy.
