I remember a couple years back when they first released the Ruki's

I was really excited because for some reason the Ruki's reminded me of the pokemon scyther.
Even though they don't look that much alike, it was the closest thing to it.
Over time they have added new color's and paint brushes,
they even came out with all the customizable NC crap that makes my head spin from having so many options.
But what i would really like is to have a new limited edition Neopet. Krawk's and Draik's are so common now =(
It seems everyone and their mother (quite literally) own one.
I would like to see Neopets come out with a brand new pet.


We have a shitload of choices to choose from already.
We got some neopets that look like:

Tigers....................Dragons....................Cats....................Dogs.......... ..........Lizards....................Even Birds

They all look a little like real life animals...

except for the Ogrin, I'm not sure wthell they based that on.

(A llama with a Mohawk maybe)


But anyways, If you had the option of choosing the next Neopet type,
what would it be? Like what animal would you want it to look like? and what would you name the species?

I totally agree there... They totally screwed that up. But pretend that it didn't have to be sitting in that stupid pose and you had free reign to make any neopet. What would you like to see? I personally would like to see some kind of Owl. Im sure they could make a really cool Halloween version of and Owl Neopet.

Geeze. I saw this and thought a new species was, or is soon to be, released. Way to get my hopes up... I honestly think this is the most disappointed I've been in awhile.

ooh ooh they should make a Neopet that is so big it doesn't fit in the frame. It's just like a giant set of feet and legs

They could call it Gianoo or Gianeetok or something

The possibilities are endless with what it looks like because it's so big no one can see past its knees. It's a biped though

Maybe they could make a bison.... Like that other post i was on earlier "Inner Animal"... Mine was a bison so maybe that would be cool.

Techos are clearly Geckos, I would prefer a more chameleon style reptile.

An alligator would be awesome as well. I mean hell we have sharks >> Jetsams.

Yes but they would be cute baby toes

The cool thing is that it would come with sets of paintbrush clothes and could be customized with anything a normal pet could. You just can't see it on them once they're wearing it.

Think of how easy it would be for TNT to make this new species - they wouldn't really have to worry about any artwork above the knees. No figuring out how hats/wigs/shirts/jackets/backpacks/handhelds fit

Paintbrush colors would also be really easy to design for this pet

I highly doubt there will be a new pet in the near future. Think of the hundreds and hundreds of items TNT would have to redraw for a pet that might end up unpopular and unused.

And then when you painted them like spotted or something they could look like pandas.

That's actually a great idea... Yeah i was going to say that Yurbles aren't really bear looking. I mean they are but they got a mane like a lion.
Also there isn't that many mythical creatures. Only 2 really... since the uni is like a unicorn and the Eyrie is kind of like a Griffin. More mythical's would be cool.

The Krawk is clearly not really an alligator it is just the closest thing to one available. I mean a full blown thick, mean green, alligator.

Yeah seriously change the name of this thread Leaf, it is WAY too misleading. The level of disappointment I felt realizing it wasn't even related to what it appears to be about is pretty steep.
