Only a small suggestion, but the lack of having one annoys me. It takes me an additional 1-2 seconds to locate the tab when I have heaps open. If you are to assume I fall for this trap 5 times/day, that's 7.5s/day wasted. That's about 45 minutes, 35 seconds/year. You multiple that by about 100 active members, that's around 3 days, 4 hours of our time wasted each year.

Or an admin could spend 2 minutes uploading one.

Yeah, we did have a proper favicon but I guess it didn't get restored when DreamHost went tits up.

You'd probably just need to replace the favicon file in the root directory.

Unless the favicon is provided on a skin-by-skin basis (unlikely I would think), in which you might find some way to edit it in the Skin Settings of ACP.

I have replaced /root/forum/favicon.ico with the one from /root/favicon.ico

However i am unable to get it to update properly. Downloading the files directly it shows they are the correct ones, and adding a ?v=2 to the end of the url doesnt work here because IPB Sucks, im just gonna see if it fixes its self here in a few hours.

Nope I don't see it yet, but I haven't cleared my cache either. Will let you know.

If you download the image to your computer, it will show the one it should. However my browser wont display it properly
