Yes, but I'm not going to go into any details. I value my professionalism :p

Oh, haha sorry, I didn't think about that. Well, I respect you but I definitely don't envy you. Being a teacher is my idea of a nightmare - I don't have the patience!

That's tough. Have you had any incidents yet?

My friend's mum fosters and the child she's looking after at the moment is a handful - he bit and kicked one of his teachers and called her a c*** :/

i assume your starred out word was cunt
which leads me to my primary question: why did you star it out?

You seem to be under the impression that you're not posting on a Neopets cheating site...

Whenever you're super-douching, I remind myself that you're on a Neopets site just like the rest of us.

Yes he is, but that's not saying much. If we only took the time to tell people they're wrong in a serious setting (like academia) then we'd only be promoting ignorance, if only by inaction.

To quote lee, "I'm not racist. I hate everyone equally."

Except I don't hate, I just think everyone is an idiot until proven otherwise.

Not 8=====[]> ?

I'm pretty sure he meant within context, and not the literal meaning.

Life is hard.

Oh, well spotted.

Got any more platitudes?

Why? I don't spend time insulting people with desperately ironic insults like "looks like he plays Magic the Gathering all day".
Calling somebody a nerd on an internet forum is dubious to begin with, but doing it on a forum like this is ridiculous.

Question: what does the topic subtitle mean?

Whoever moved the posts made the new topic with a silly title. The subtitle is a reference to that :p

Sweeney.

I actually wholeheartedly agree with you, there is nothing that is less contributive to a discussion then someone posting "Yeah, I agree," yet not actually contributing to the context of the conversation or even addressing the original point at all. What I find to be even more aggravating is when someone quotes a post and says nothing else, stating that person had summarized everything they felt contributed to the discussion rather than, as you put, +Rep this person. Posting just a GIF image and nothing else is equally as annoying as someone posting just an emoticon without anything else being said, posted, or otherwise indicated.

As funny as it may be it does nothing to contribute to the conversation and, in my opinion, degrades the overall value of a potentially well made and structured conversation which leads to thread degradation. +Rep for addressing this topic.

TL;DR - I agree with Sweeney, people need to be spending time actually contributing to conversations if they are going to post in them.

I just got one question... Your subtitle... wtfuck does "Not the Cock" have to do with anything? I'm sort of confused... like usual. Still, It would be nice to know so I don't go to bed wondering what that means.

You know what I hate even more than

^this

^this

is when someone quotes a user and then is purposefully wrong or argumentative in their response, or goes into someone's thread and is blatantly inane, impudent or moronic with the sole intent of causing an argument and/or baiting the respondent into breaking rules. There is a difference between playing the devil's advocate and just being a flamebaiting idiot.

I disagree, I am inclined to state that I feel this topic should have been addressed already. To sum up the entire point of the thread just make substantiating posts that actually pertain to and contribute to the conversation.

I'm fairly certain the only significant difference in stabbing statistics between little-kid-school and not-little-kid-school (because they're called different things even between cities, let alone countries) is how frequently the stabbing implement is a knife.

Somewhat more relevant to the topic itself: Along with the whole "use the damn rep button" idea, how about remembering that if you have nothing new to say, just say nothing? It's not hard.
