I thought I'd share a cool render I did myself. I mostly render evil stuff because I find that theme hard to find.

I haven't done a render in a while so crits are welcome :)

If you use it, post your work if you can. Would be cool to see it.

Nice render, but I can't help feel that 'skirt' is lacking a more detailed finish. Sorry to be critical. :)

Thanks lol I hope you guys know I didn't draw that though... I just cut it out from the background so it can be used to make a signature.

I know render means different things in the art and design industry.

When I first got into making signatures I was confused about what it meant but then I found out from this thread by sarah.

Welcome to the world of rendering.
You used the pen tool right?

It's a nice cut, but it's a little small, and the hair could be better (although nothing that Photoshop can't hide).
But this is mostly the stock's fault, not yours.

Yup, pen tool and a little bit of eraser to soften parts up. I also found that feathering by a pixel cleaned it up nicely. Not sure if people do that lol

but thanks mate :) Yeah I agree, the original was a concept art piece so the style is generally rough and incomplete, so I had to use my imagination a little.

Do you make your own renders?

Anyway, if you use it post your work here.
