finally got all the stuff necessary. Found a "Horadric Hamburger" (Legendary - rarity) in a pinata in the Nightmare mode of whimsyland.

No subscription needed for Diablo. You buy the game and you have access to the servers as long as they support them. (Diablo 2 servers are STILL running and that game launched 12 years ago back in 2000.)

This looks awesome. Can't wait to get the items needed!

Yeah it was a blast to play but we couldn't find the pinata (apparently its supposed to have goodies or something)

A clear distinction is that when the Diablo 2 servers go down, you will still be able to play the game as much as you would like.

Not sure if it was coincidence or not, but I found my "Horadric hamburger" in the pinata I was telling toxic about.
The hamburger itself is a legendary item that can only be found in whimsyland.

I haven't encountered the pinata in multiplayer yet, but someone may have inadvertently opened it with an AoE attack without knowing. Either that or it only appears in solo where I've encountered it at least 3 more times.

This game is awesome, and so is this level! I just got the staff for normal mode Whimsyshire, hoping to get the nightmare one soon. I'm playing co-op with my boyfriend and we're both pretty ocd about completing levels, so we're a bit behind everyone else.

Yeah, I just need a little more gold so I can upgrade the staff for Nightmare. Blizzard put the level there in response to criticism of early game screenshots being too bright and cartoony. Someone said they might as well add rainbows and ponies, so they did. It's a pretty rad level nonetheless.
