[Syntax]

I'm not sure if anyone knows this, but Codex has an autobotter for this. It's what I used, and I just let it run in the background while I took a nap.

I have been trying to get this avatar...for SO long. I am at about 2k items as well, but I dump at random times and in bunches of 200. It looks like I am doing it wrong...

I got it at 4700 items, collected 1np junk over a few days, had 7000 items in my inventory, and discarded 70 at time. ugh.

I have discarded over 6000 items and still nothing, though I have discarded the amount over a few months. So maybe thats the reason i am not getting it??

can it be like 6k items over a long period of time? or does it have to be all at once kind of thing?

When you guys are discarding items are you doing it individually or through quick stock? And does it matter? I have discarded tons of KQ junk prizes and haven't gotten it. (Haven't kept track though.)

It is certainly not by how many items you discard... on main main account that's years old I don't have it, yet on my shell I got the avatar within the first month from discarding items.

I got it at around 4000 items, I think it might also have something to do with the value of the items.

It might not even be based on number of items, I think it's just a low percent possibility (and obviously the more you discard the more chances there are of getting it). Someone told me she got it just by discarding the crap she gets from dailies.

Yeah from my understanding of it you just have a very slim chance of getting the avatar while discarding anything (0.25-1% chance).

Did TNT say that this avatar is not completely random? Or was it just another crazy rumour?

Anyway, I first discard roughly 2k items and then after a month or so another 2k items. I always discarded 70 items at once. After that I gave up for some time, until I got it by accident when discarding ~10 random items. I've never seen/heard anyone getting it without discarding tons of items

for me i got it somewhere between 2000 and 2500 items

i discarded teh first 2-300 or so just one at a time, the rest was with the quick stock.

i got it on the quick stock page after i hit discard it was top of the page.

 

started with random items.

then did only keychains from the plot so i could spam fill my inventory to 200  or so and then just do 3 discards in a row. and repeat...

TNT did say in a post (i cant find it now.. of course) that it wasn't completely random..

 

If i remember correctly that was almost a year ago.

 

So frustrating that noone has figured it out. Typically avvie solutions are figured out much quicker than this!

I've disgarded 2500 items at random times and still no avatar. I'm tired of spending a lot of time buying all the junk.

When I was trying to get the avatar I would discard one item at a time, discarding seventy items via quick stock is the way to go. Took me about two days on and off to finally get it.  Discarded somewhere between 4000-5500 junk items.

Collected 6k, got it around 3k.
