How are you opening it and how are you closing it?
I just clicked the star to open it. Then clicked the x to close it. Then clicked the star again and it works. >_<

That's exactly what I did and it didn't open again. I'm using Firefox if that helps, try it with some systems enabled, it works fine with none enabled.

My alerts stopped working again about 12 hours ago (around 8am gmt). Are you guys working on it again or is it something on my end? The little red box in the corner tells me how many are waiting for me, but when I click that or the star nothing happens. I miss them, they are awesome when they work.

They aren't working for me either. My little red box in the corner tells me I have over 30 waiting, but when I click on it, nothing happens.

I get this string of text when I go to the neoalerts page....nothing is happening for me, either.

Noitidart has said he's looking into fixing the issue a couple times, one time I think he's said he has a fix for it...
When it's gonna happen though I dunno :p

Just bumping this for help I guess. I noticed the error no longer appears at the top of the neoalert page, but I still can't bring up the box when I click on the star or the little red circle with the number of alerts you have.

This is a separate problem, but it seems to be part of the alerts system too, so I'll post here.

The 'Log it' link for every single item just sends me to the welcome page, on both Firefox and my mobile browser. Did I miss some step after buying the upgrade?

I'm also having problems. But I can not log the alert.
When I click on log it appears the first page, as if I were a new visitor ...
I think I'm having the same problem that mneko.
