If there has been any misuse or improper handling of the device, he has no case. It doesn't specifically say it, but honestly, electronics are sensitive equipment.

I would read page 35, very short, but does provide proper guidelines for care.

If you don't take care of something as directed, their will be a chance that it will malfunction.

I doubt he wins, and if he does, I don't think he will get $25k.

What are the features it lacks that, say, a Belkin N150 Router has?

Gee, thanks for being oh so informative. Given that it can do things like port forwarding and the like, what parts of routing can't it do?

I'm now thoroughly confused about what the time capsule's capabilities are :S I would appreciate it if someone explained :( If the time capsule is set up as a base station, why exactly is it not considered a router?
