 I am highly upset about this because I update the itemDB with the prices of some of the rarer items.

I wonder if I lost anything..

edit: Nope!

But...I don't see why the cache would reset post count.

I guess it only counts posts which are still in the database. Older members likely had posts from years ago which were subsequently no longer in the database but were still being included in their post count. I, for example, appear to have lost like 2000 posts. :p

I only lost about 30. I wonder what posts it is no longer counting?

I don't see why you being able to update the item DB is vital to your selling thread, however. ch33p has operated just fine without that capability this whole time. The DB is not meant to be a tool to aid your sales.

Because some items listed in there for 2-3m are no longer worth that much? It's a bit frustrating to purchase items worth 800k because the price is incorrect... She used an actual list. If the list maker had the option to include all shops instead of each individual shop I would make my own. Since it takes a large portion of time to do that or I have to go through a drawn out process of page scraping. I would preferto stick to updating the itemDB as I find incorrect prices.

Indeed this was the problem I was trying to alleviate for all users that used the item DB in one way or another, Nymh. Too bad not everyone saw it that way!
