I am just curious, and I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't seen find it. What is the soonest anyone is aware of someone getting banned/frozen from using abrosia. I know it probably depends on whether or not the person is using the program wisely. This is mostly just a question out of curiosity, so no worries :)

I'm not sure but from what I understand it's almost impossible to be frozen using default settings and only run it for 4-6 hours a day...
I could be wrong though...

It -totally- depends on whether the person is using the program wisely.

You are indeed wrong. Settings are not everything. I get asked so often to help configure settings and every time I try to convince the person that settings are not your biggest concern. Yes they are somewhat important but they are probably not what will end up getting you frozen.

Ahhh O.K....Just out of interest what would you say is the most likely factor to get you frozen?

Restocking 400000000 high end stuff in one day. Transferring it all in one day...transferring all the NP in one day...going on your main and your abing account on the same IP without using a proxy.

In general with freezing, use common sense. Don't run it for 24 hours a day, have it take breaks (by starting/stopping it when it's running, so it looks like you had to go to the bathroom), I'd also recommend not running abrosia around 6pm NST (that's from the FAQ)

Magic/Stamps/Defense Magic/Battle Magic/Merifoods/tyrannian petpets are dangerous to restock in (since they all sell very high profit things). As for settings, just don't use impossible ones (like 0-3refresh rates). The defaults are very good (and usually as stated in the FAQ 1500-1800 buy times are usually close to what humans can do)

I have two accounts that I AB on on two different computers. I run them every other day at 3-7RF. Most of my buys are 2000-2400ms.

I run one of them in Magic for ~two hours, then I'll break it and run it a little later, or if I get RS banned, I stop it for 3-4 days.
The other I run in Stamps using the same tactics.

I've run it 12 hours a day for the past week, all's good so far.
