Better yet, they should restock ban anyone who refreshes within a minute of the restock time and pop up with the message 'We suspect your account is cheating, remember, we take offenses like these very seriously'. The ban should last for about 30 seconds and afterwards they would say, "just kidding! But remember, don't break the rules!"
