I guess you were one of the lucky ones then :p

I have updated it to handle flooding/random derps and can start from any level now (no need to start from level 1!) if anyone is having problems please delete the old version and redownload it from the first post :)

I downloaded the newest version and tried to continue from level 33 where the previous version crashed and I got this error:

Ran it again and got the same error, the current score was just a different:

Try finishing level 33 manually and proceed to 34 then try running the program again, or manually start it from level 1 and run again. Completely remove whatever version you have and re-download from my post.

The fact that the error says

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "sewage.py", line 1096, in
File "sewage.py", line 325, in levelOne
File "sewage.py", line 272, in solvePuzzle

Tells me you are not running the latest version, as it is trying to start from level one when you are actually on 33.

Deleted the program and downloaded the version linked in your first post. Then manually completed level 33 and logged in with the solver to try to continue from 34. It crashed and gave me the same error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
 File "sewage.py", line 1096, in <module>
File "sewage.py", line 325, in levelOne
File "sewage.py", line 293, in solvePuzzle

So it seems that it's not able to correctly parse the level I'm in or that your mediafire link is not up-to-date?

Seems that way. Manually start the game again, make sure its blank level 1 (no pieces placed) and run it again. Let me know if it gets all the way through :)

Manually restarted and run the program again. All went well until level 44 when it encountered some kind of connection problem. I don't know if it was a bug in the program or my internet connection disconnected because I wasn't around to actually see it/test the connection. Anyways, here's the log.

I completed manually the remaining levels and got the avatar. :) Thanks for the program, Frosty!

The program quits on me after a few moves, and the screen doesn't stay up enough for me to copy/paste any error log. Am I missing something?

Thanks for making this, in any case. :D

You should run this in command prompt

As in, just run it, right? Not in any special mode or anything?

Yes, just type "sewage" in the directory you have it installed/extraced. When you run things in command prompt, the window doesn't close if the program crashes so at least you can see (and copy and paste) the error. Other than that, the command prompt doesn't change anything else.

I got this:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "sewage.py", line 1096, in <module>
File "sewage.py", line 325, in levelOne
File "sewage.py", line 286, in solvePuzzle
ValueError: could not convert string to float:

I read through the thread, and I seem to have the same problem as you did.

I'm fairly certain I'm on the latest version, but I went to the SS page anyway and it turns out the place was flooded. So I restarted the program and ran it again. It ran alright, getting me up to level 7 and working okay. Then to test again, I went and closed the program and restarted it again. Then after it running alright for about 30 seconds, the same problem appears. I go and check the page manually, it's apparently flooded.

The error seems to be random, as far as I can tell. I tried manually restarting the level when it flooded and it ran alright after that, but the next time the error appeared, I went back to the SS page and it looks like the AP hasn't even started on the level yet.

EDIT: Aw man, I got another error. D:

Ran out of spare spaces. Restarting.
Traceback (most recent call last):

File "sewage.py", line 325, in levelOne
File "sewage.py", line 272, in solvePuzzle
ValueError: invalid literal for float(): 196

I'm not actually sure what I'm doing wrong at this point.

I think you need to restart the game manually from level one and then run the autoplayer again. According your error messages, I don't think the level detection works.

I got that. The issue is that when the level floods, the program crashes. I mean, I've restarted multiple times, and the error eventually reappears.

Is anyone still trying this out? I'm having trouble with the program. )-:

To be specific, I'm getting the same errors as Irrana... I've reset back to level 1 multiple times and have also tried it on a side. Both get the "Ran out of spare spaces. Restarting." error.

Edit: Nevermind, it's randomly working now; level 47. :-) Thanks!!!

I dunno what to say guys, I just tested this 3 times on new accounts. One starting from level 1, one starting from level 4 and one starting from level 11, all 3 of them got to level 50 using my program with no problems at all. I even purposely flooded a level to make sure that it correctly recovers and it does. Are you guys all using the basic yellow Neopets theme? It shouldn't really make any difference but that's the only thing I can think of...
