Idk if there is a particular forum for this, I looked around but couldn't find one. Also there could possibly be this program, but I am new and once again couldn't find it.

My idea is a program that just simply explores continuously and logs the random events. Maybe make the program to do a few little things like cheap games or buy an item that i may come across to look less like a program. With this you could set a schedule so it just randomly explores and finds map pieces and what not... what do you think?

This is not a program I could make. I am simply suggesting it to someone so they can make it if they are interested. =)

Most of the programs do at least display RE's when they occur, there isn't a program that specifically logs them.

Abrosia is the only program we have that does that and it's restocking as it does it so...

Right, Ive een using abrosia and It does log random events which I like. But I think if there was a program that just explored, it would be impossible to be frozen cause all your doing is basically refreshing. It may actually be a program people could leave running over night or while at work.

Right but auto refreshers are a freezable offense, and if all it's doing is browsing page by page and not really doing anything it's going to easily be tagged as an auto refresher.

He's asking for something that makes it look like it's an actual user browsing 24/7.

I know what he is asking for, it's just not realistic.

we care about freezable offenses?

I believe there was a GM script that was a "page crawler" that just went on random pages but it only worked on IE and it worked 5 years ago.
looks like there's a script for this that works

I highly doubt TNT tracks what pages we go on, and it really wouldn't be too easy to differentiate from people looking for REs and simple neo-page crawlers.

You wouldn't even earn much from it imo. It's possible, but I don't think it's likely.

Idk, im not any good with making programs of any sort. But after seeing the ones on the program manager, it seems pretty simply... as long as you have a list of places for it to search at random, and in that list add a few games and 1-2 hour breaks at random without a feature to turn off games and breaks, I dont see how they could get you for it. Unless the break/game/refresh/brows ratio is waaaay off.

But idk, it was just an idea. You all know if its realistic or not better that I do =P

You wouldnt have to earn "much" from it. It would just be something to have running when your out and about or asleep. =D

A better idea would be to have a program that runs 3-4 of the smaller programs with adjustable times that records how many neopoints are earned and what RE's occur while it's running. It could run for 2-6 hours without arising much suspicion.

The problem is that you'll pretty much be on 24/7. Something that's seriously going to look funny.

that would be pretty cool, got my vote

yeah you would have to incorporate break in that as well. or just another scheduler like abrosia has

"Back in the day" refreshers were THE way to make NP. Random events were so common, you would run it for a few hours and get PBs and shit. Ahh the memories :p

I've been asking around and looking for a program like this for a long time too (over a year?), since the way GM/other scripts worked just didn't seem realistic or you have to keep the tab open while it works, and something that could run in the background is just nicer. There's a refresher thing in the CMD manager on this site but it is buggy like mad and crashes/closes a lot so unless you watch it (which defeats the purpose) then it's not too reliable. The GM scripts are okay I guess but a few of my friends have been frozen for using them, so I avoid those

Auto browsing actually makes pretty good money. Right now I use an AHK script while im out/asleep, which browses the site and collects RE's. I had several scripts written for it, the main one visited a string of links in a realistic order with randomized wait times and occasional pauses/breaks of 10-50minutes. Another browsed certain worlds or areas, etc. They read the pages for RE's and took screencaps every time something happened. But yeah, AHK sucks, and most of my script was based off visual (which made it a bit laggy sometimes reading all those images)

On a newer account with premium it's a great boost to money as you get bajillions of space faerie random event things. I've gotten a some paintbrushes, -TONS- of secret lab pieces, 3 beads, a lot of faerie quests, a few nerks etc... (and boochi). Some areas seem to trigger more RE's than others, which is why I always preferred an auto browser to the RE's you get from refreshing one page/shop. I've been AHKing for almost a year and no freezing yet. I suck at scripting though and only know how to use AHK in a basic way, so have been waiting for someone more experienced to make a real program that can run on it's own =S And preferably storage/stock items you get from RE's (left it running a month ago and got a lab map 1 stolen =.=)
