Anyone got one? I'm considering getting one. Very pricy with shipping & taxes though (~$185 for US layout).

My friend has a mechanical keyboard and I love the feel of it. Aside from the great feel of a mechanical keyboard, I think the blank keys are beautiful.

I just noticed they have a back to school promotion as well so I'm even more tempted now .

Anyway, currently I'm just using my Macbook Pro's scissor keyboard most of the day but a Dell keyboard at home.

Tell me what you use and what your dream keyboard is please. I want some real life experiences from you

I've heard mechanical keyboards are great and all, but really, you don't need to be spending more than $70 for one (unless you're some sort of collector...?)

Razer Black Widow was my first choice Scot, but they don't have a blank edition.

@Tunrip, I don't think the feel of my Dell mechanical keyboard is the same as the feel of my friend's keyboard. So they aren't really the same to me at all. Have you tried some of the more expensive ones yourself?

Yepp~ Obviously they feel waaayyy better than those cheapy $5 ones, but maybe it's because I'm poor but $200 for a keyboard is a bit outrageous
