I'd wonder why there was a cat in my house then throw it outside.
I was going to add that if it didn't want to be picked up, I'd tip it out of the chair and sit down. But I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor so I'd wonder how it even got in in the first place.

We had a fun experiment last night. The can of cat treats is a long coke can-ish metal can with a top. We tested the verious cats by putting the open can in front of them, and seeing if they could figure out how to get a treat. Boykitten was the best, quickly figuring out to reach his paw into the can and snag one. Some figure to rub against it, until it fell over, some just meowed at the can, Nickle kitty looked at itwith frustration, and then went over and attacked girl kitten.

Although usually in that situation the cat see me, gets up to let me sit down and then jumps on my lap for fuss anyway

Or, you could go to the internet, run a poll, and by the time anyone comes up with an answer the cat will have moved on its own.
That's exactly what I did. Effectively finding somewhere else to sit, for the purposes of this poll, so that was my answer

The cat is sacred and His needs come before mine. The only thing to do is to find somewhere else to sit!

Yeah, I was looking for that option. Hes not allowed inside until night time, how else will he kill all of the rabbits?

My cat is dead.
You should probably move it before it starts to smell.
