I think Neopets loves the color blue. We have water, maracite, maraquan, electric, now this "dimmensional" one. Don't forget starry and eventide that has blue in it.

Not a big fan of this color. It just looks like an updated version of electric =/

I know it may not be the coolest colour or even the most difficult and it may be a rehash of Magma sort of, but a Tron inspired colour would be kind of cool.

Maybe it is like Glowing, ugly on it's own but can be made nice with customisation? Might go good with robot casings. I don't really see the point in it though.

My first thoughts upon seeing this is the "Invert Colors" option. It looks like a photo's negative

I don't understand the concept to this colour, I mean I wouldn't associate what I see with the word "dimensional". Unless I have a wrong concept of it in my mind.

TNT just gave it a "cool" name to make up for its simplicity.

I think I'd like the Dimensional brush if it were orange or red. I'm ok with the sleazy neon sign effect. Does seem hard to do customs on though.

it'd be cool if we could paint baby neopets colors, it'd likely never happen, but it'd still be cool
