Under main shop settings there is a setting titled 'Change shop when shop stock is full for over 5 minutes.' What does that mean? Should I keep it checked or unchecked?

...because lately Abrosia hasn't attempted to buy anything for the past few hours. Thanks!

If you check the box, the program will change shop when the shop stock is full for over five minutes.

It seems quite clear.

It means if the shop you are in has 23 or more items for over 5 minutes, abrosia will switch shops to another shop you have checked.

It depends if you're just ABing on one shop or more. I don't have much AB experience but I'm guessing that you should keep it checked.
