does TNT ban the single account used for cheating?
or do they ban all accounts under the same email address?
or even worse, ban all accounts under the same ip address?

Thx

Depends on the circumstances but occasionally just the first one, often the last one.

depends. they sometimes chainfreeze, aka they ban all the accounts used on the same ip. i forgot when they do, though. they usually just freeze the acc they caught cheating. i lately got my main frozen, not the mains sideaccs, which were under the same email adress, though.

Damn, beaten by crypt! *pokes*

And if they really mean business and you've ticked them off, they instantly freeze any account you create for a certain period of time.

I think it's any accounts which received items/pets/nps/whatever from another account after it got flagged for cheating, might be wrong though :o Like once I tried buying an item from some dumb site for funsies and sent it to a couple shell accounts, and those two accounts + the one I got the item from all got frozen. But not the other two legit accounts I accessed on that IP! Heheheh~

And yeah I would think they can ban an IP range but I'm not sure what you'd have to do for that to happen :p Probably something like abusing some glitch with 20 accounts all from the same IP or spamming child porn on the boards (who the hell would do that hahah)!!!

I've only been chainfrozen on Email address, never on IP. Occasionally a single account, too.

I suppose it really depends. When my main (which I now have back) was frozen for SSing, they didn't freeze my side account which was on the same IP and the same email. Though, I never played any games or visited any shops (user and main) on my side account so I suppose that might have been the reason my side wasn't frozen as well.

So, it really depends on a number of factors.

Sent in a ticket under the "scammed" drop down thing. I was very vague about it and after completley confused and saddened, as though i had no idea what was going on. I mentioned getting premium (which I did when I got it back) as well. I did purchase NC in the past. Also, Tony was the one who answered my ticket and he's been known to be better with this kind of thing.

It was very quick to. Took only 5 days from when I sent the ticket in to when I got it back. That's very rare though and it can take months for a reply to a ticket.
