they wont send it to my new email and I don't have access to my old email account, I contacted Microsoft and they won't give me my email back sigh I'm going to have to make a new account.

Maybe you have to ask if they can reset it instead of retrieve it. I guess retrieving it makes it seem like you are going to steal the account. Try birthdays and all the regular #'s you like.

My pin was recently reset too for an old account of mine.
It took about 2 weeks for it to happen, though.

I messaged them saying you can see there has been no activity on the account for a long while now, and provided them with as much information as I could about myself to try help confirm my identity
