Hey guys,

Hows everyone doing?

Anyway, i have been using Abrosia for about a two weeks maybe? after lots of reading up on the program and studying. This however, hasn't helped me with the problem i have got (yes i have searched but thought it would be best to post my problem showing my stats ect)

Ok, so everything was cool for the first 5 days? I was RSBanned maybe twice...but now, ill be running the program for around an hour, and im banned...every time...i cant seem to get anything because im just getting banned?

Here are my stats;

Wait: 0.4 - 8.0
Ms/pre 0.4 - 0.6
OCR 0.4 - 0.5

and a little on my autobuying.

I tend to restock only in one shop (my account is only a week old) and that's 13 and i usally restock when i am home from work which is around 6ish (British time) so around 8-9am and i have been doing this everyday.

Occasionally i will stock in the post office.

Any help on this would be massively appreciated, sorry if this is a stupid question!

Try increasing your lower wait setting and see if that helps. It sometimes also helps to leave a bit of extra time after a RS ban has ended rather than restocking again straight away.

Ok ill give that a go, i know everyone is different but how much would you recommend i increase it by? 0.8?

I have my general wait set at 4.1-8.1 ish. I found I was getting banned semi-regularly when I put the min below 4 (I normally ab for a cpl hrs at a time with an hour or two gap in the middle). Haven't been banned for a while now, and got a lot of nice items. Made a good few million these past couple of weeks

but other than the obvious, Wait: 0.4 - 8.0, running the program for an hour straight, or anymore than a minute or two at a time is really inefficient

I think i am going to try running it at 2.5 - 8 for a while if im still getting banned after an hour move it up 0.5 until i think its more stable.

To be honest i have done quite well in the igloo when i have been banned, im still making NP im just worrying TNT will be looking lol.

Yeah, as others have said, 0.4 - 8.0 is way too fast. Go for longevity instead of immediate results.

Like I said dude, mine is 4.1 to 8.1 and I have got a whole bunch of good stuff leaving it running 90-120 minute ish blocks at a time. No more than twice a day. And having the odd day off.

0.4 is way too fast. I know everyone has already said this, but I just wanted to add my voice in.

Can you picture yourself refreshing a page every half second? And your span is too large to seem legit. It will make you look weird if you refresh twice in rapid succession and then wait eight more seconds before you refresh again.
