"Some like it hot" is pretty hilarious, Marilyn Monroe is in it too! :p

Hehe I know, it's a great comedy. I love Jack Lemmon.

I haven't watched any classic comedies, so can't really give you recommendations on those, but I recently bought an Audrey Hepburn DVD set for my best friend, and I really liked Roman Holiday :)

Have you seen A Fish Called Wanda? Very funny. Also, you should see I Love You To Death. That one is pretty hilarious, too.

dreamstar beat me to it, but anything Audrey Hepburn. God I love her. Breakfast at Tiffany's, Roman Holiday, Sabrina are all great. Charade is good too.

Besides her, let's name some more..Clockwork Orange, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sting, One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, Silence of the Lambs, Shawshank Redemption, To Kill a Mockingbird, Cool Hand Luke, Network, The Graduate, and tons of others. And if you'd like some more modern movie reccomendations, I'd be happy to list some of those as well.

If you don't mind silent movies I would recommend Chaplin's Modern Times.

If you like Kurosawa's Seven Samurai I would recommend Rashomon as well.
