Your computer really doesn't have a lot to do with how fast you buy things, its more the connection (although having a quick PC can help with connections etc)

How often does potionery restock?

Not often since there isn't many things to stock but most of it is very profitable especially since the plot rumors are going around and the potions are inflating.

Also LEV stocks there. That sells for 40 Mil+.
