Hey i just went to log on today and it said my account was frozen for scamming people out of items/neopoints/neopets, Ive been a member of neopets for around 8 years and never have i every done anything like that, last time i was on my account it was fine!  The only thing i shouldnt have been doing which i have a few times was running the shop autopricer from this website and abrosia once and never got anything, could someone else have been on my account and what can i do to get my account back?

I guess the best thing to do is to file a ticket with TNT. Hopefully you'll get a response. It might be the case that someone else logged into your account and did some bad things. Actually I am not sure what sort of malicious activities would trigger the "scamming people out of items" message, but I think if you've used programs only very rarely on your account then you probably didn't get frozen for that reason.

Yea im not sure whats happened, ive heard about cging could it be that? I have no idea whats happened to it, one of my sisters accounts was frozen also she said she hasnt been on my account etc when ive been away, im gutted!!! ive sent in a ticket just waiting on a response , didnt have much luck with my old mains forgotten birth date ticket though

This seems to be a great system: disgruntled neopets players who have faced TNT's hammer of nonsensical injustice now resort to cheating-not only will they gain a distinct advantage by not having to waste time on the poorly designed neopets sytem, but they will garner a new, well-founded disrespect for the rapidly deteriorating neopets-a smudge of its former glorious self-all together realizing a better system for manipulating and retaliating against the terrible neopets team.
