When I buy from Igloo and reach my limit of 10 items. Can I go on another account using the same IP to buy more items, or will I get banned pretty easily?

Just like anything else on neopets; you are limited to doing anything once per day on an account. Like all the games and what not say 

 

Please do not create multiple accounts to use the wheel, as it unbalances the game. You are limited to spinning the wheel with one account per person. Using multiple accounts simply to gain Neopoints is not allowed and will result in freezing.

So you're going to be buying items at a loss of profit from the igloo then?

You're not allowed to restock on more than one account (AAA is an exception I believe). Plus since they know your IP they'll know it's you and probably chain freeze you. Just use a proxy, I guess.

It would be very easy for them to catch you doing that so if you are planning to do it then make sure to use proxies on each account.

A few times in the past I've used two accounts to restock Igloo, but don't recommend doing it nor do I think I will take the risk any more.
