Perhaps not universally, but subjectively, someone is.

These types of thread are invariably about the OP, even when phrased in generalities :p

I feel like all of it is cheating. The hand holding and cuddling more emotional cheating than physical cheating.

Well, that depends on how she feels about the guy, doesn't it?

I think if she has a boyfriend and yet she's still holding hands, cuddling and stripteasing for someone else it's pretty safe to say she has a connection to the other guy. Even so I guess it depends on people. I've never held hands and cuddled with my friends. It's too intimate.

Well, sure. She has a connection, but it's not necessarily a romantic connection.

Cuddling is too intimate for you, but it's not for many, many other people. I feel like calling it "emotional cheating" is jumping the gun.

In general if friends hold hands is fine although I wouldn't do it or have a problem with my SO doing. Cuddling, I'd be shifty about it and wouldn't want my SO doing it. But in this particular case with the back story involved I would call both emotional cheating.

Eh, I think it's something only the girl can really know.

If this was all based on what the girl considered cheating then we shouldn't even have this thread.

Not really. She could be perfectly aware that she is cheating, and still be doing it. She could be doing it without a thought as to whether it's cheating. She could be doing under the misapprehension that her other half feels ok with it.

The thread is whether or not you would consider an action cheating, which is fine to put forth your opinion on as far as physical cheating goes. But you can't say whether or not someone is emotionally cheating, because you don't know how she is feeling.

Idk about you but I don't striptease for people I don't like.

Are you saying that you consider cuddling anyone that you like as being "emotional cheating"?

I don't think that showing any kind of affection to a person that you like can be "emotional cheating", or you'd end up living a woefully insular life.

Yeah, I got the translation, I've just never heard the phrase. I was asking if it meant the same as "grabbing a bull by the horns" :p
