I'm not sure if this has been posted before nor am i sure if it's just me... but in the public programs section, every single "Click here to download this file" brings me to this page: 

And again I'm very sorry if this has been addressed before or if i've been dumb and didn't read something i am very sorry. :c i'd just like to know what i may be doing wrong.

Alright well i'm guessing you can only download other files if you have the paid version of the program manager? Or am I bieing dumb again. It says there should be an add file, correct? Does this version not come with it, i'm so sorry if i'm one of those annoying people who doesn't know how to do simple things, hahaha

All of the programs are contained within the Program Manager regardless of rank.
