On the settings, I specify to switch shops after 2 minutes; however, I've been abing at the same shop for a while now. It switches after 5 or 6 minutes.

 

Does the function to set the max amount of time spent in each shop even work?

In my experience 2 minutes isn't really a long time to spend in a shop if you want to actually get items, I don't usually get an item until after 20minutes of it running it one shop because of restock times and my ms.  Down the bottom where it says what the program is doing it will have a Status: Visiting shop etc then a number like 34/377 that is how many times it has refreshed the page / how many times it will refresh in total before it changes or stops.
