Yeah, so I tried featheralllley and alleyfeather as usernames just for fun. Both instantly purged, and now my IP is banned. FU**

Lol, it's interesting that TNT would ban you for that. Perhaps I could see why they banned featherallley since it's so similar, but not alleyfeather... Even though it is far-fetched, perhaps you can start a ticket and make an argument?

 

But yeah, that is rough. Is there a way to get a new IP?

I think you have to call your ISP for that

Or if you have a dynamic IP you can just turn off your router for a couple of minutes.

Featheralley is related to one of the neopets team staff members I believe, hence all the "special" treatment he/she gets.

Pretty serious horseshit...you should have created a ticket. Nothing in their TOS says you can't use those names.

I did, and all they said was... "Thank you but in order to research what exactly happened, we are going to need your username." Another Ticket... Anyways, I just turned off my modem for 5 minutes, then got a new IP address. XD

Basically, anyone who goes on Neopets and makes a username that is similar to featheralley (i.e featherallley, featheralllley etc) gets banned immediately.

They get all their stuff back if their account is hacked/compromised.  Also, apparently featheralley's pet went from a converted Kougra to a UC robot Jetsam

wow i never knew the bit about the kougra o.o. I remember his jetsam was in the pound once, and someone even adopted it, but it was returned and the person didnt get his nps back (which was ALOT)
