Why do you say psychic? In terms of balance, bug, steel and poison are far more in need of another favorable offensive matchup.

Although I see fairy being paired more with Psychic and Dark types then Steel and poison.
I may be wrong though since ghost type is still a thing.

Pretty sure some of the leaks about fairy type said it would be weak to poison.

My aunt ordered me a new 3DS and my grandma gave me $100 for my birthday. I'll be using it to preorder Pokemon X. I'm a little annoyed about the addition of a new type though, I feel like we have enough types already. I suppose it was good though, as now Dragon has 3 types it's week too instead of just two. 

The sky battles and the play with pokemon-amie sound very interesting though. I wonder will you be able to catch any of the Pokemon in a Horde? Or will you have to defeat them until just one is left? (like you did with the double battles in black and white. You could only catch when one was left)

I would rather meet 5 Zubats in one fight then one Zubat 5 times

Wouldn't it be cool if you had to kill all of them until one was left? That way you can't indiscriminately spam mass attacks because you don't want to risk the one you want dying.

Unless they make some pokemon exclusive to horde based encounters, it would be easier to just faint the hordes for the massive EXP and try to find the pokemon you want in a solo battle.

I don't have a 3DS but can't you remove the 3D effect entirely? I'm not talking about that the rendering is done in 3D (which it obviously still is) but isn't there some sliding thing that removes the "each eye is shown a different image"-feature? :V

Yes you can get rid of the 3D effect of the 3DS. I never play any of my games with it on.
