Agreed, those and the Stamp Avatars (more money than most neopians--even cheater--will ever own and you have to be willing to sink it all into one album for good to get the avatar). The coincidence changes the game of course... but it changes things for retired plot avatars as much as for the Stamp Avatars.

Nobody's mentioned the Dice-A-Roo jackpot avatar yet? Seriously? That thing is harder to get than the lucky streak.

No, this avatar isn't too hard to get. I've actually seen a lot of younger accounts with the avatar too.

I think the stamps are difficult-neopoint wise but have to say the earlier list is spot on!
