Can anyone tell me which one is better?

one item deals mostly physical icons and the other deals mostly water icons

(I don't know which icon is easier to block)

I want to spend my points wisely lol

(I only fight in 1p battledome)

The Foam Finger. You practically don't need icon variation in 1P, only icon quantity. In 1P, if your current weapons are Scroll of Intelligence, the new standard upgrade would be to these foam fingers.

I wouldn't say icon types are COMPLETELY irrelevant in 1P. After all, each opponent has their own unique defence. I prefer to steer away from physical personally, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.

Is the Foam Finger going to deflate?

The price of the foam finger hasn't exactly stabilize because they were literally released hours ago. We can't really say if it's going to deflate or inflate due to the sporadic trading at this time. Tons of people are trying to unload them onto different people and there's a possibility that a certain group who I detest giving credit or acknowledgement to will probably buy up the fingers within and months time and inflate them to 3m. It's best to wait 5 days for the price to stabilize and then maybe we'll have a better idea for your question.

It's cheaper to block physical than to block water. Very few people use Winged Scarabs or Altadorian Swordbreakers at the moment, but that might change once the SFF becomes more prevalent.

If you just fight 1P, then iconage is pretty irrelevant. 1P opponents have crap defensive weapons (and if they do, it is usually something like T-Tear that blocks everything).

Bath buddies aren't likely to drop in price too much (due to being HT items)

The SFF should stabilise just above the bath buddy price.

Tell that to the Pirate Captains Cutlass - 16m in HT but street price is 10.2m. HT items are immune from inflation but not deflation.

Yup, if something is completely useless then it'll be priced accordingly by people regardless of its Hidden Tower price. I think Hidden Tower items tend to hold up slightly better in price than if an item is just generally released (I'd guess probably because when a HT item deflates it also limits supply because people don't tend to buy more at the higher price) but not by much.

Physical Icons are AMAZING in 1-player.

It's not just the fact that there is less of a need to have a certain icon type in 1p, because there is one major advantage physical has.

Prismatic Mirror

Reflects: air_def.png 81-100% darkness_def.png 81-100% earth_def.png 81-100% fire_def.png 81-100% light_def.png 81-100% water_def.png 81-100%.

This is a weapon you will only find being used by 1p opponents. Almost ALL of the war bosses use it, along with Neggbreaker, Giant Ghostkerchief, and Turmaculus.

Stone Foam Finger is one of few weapons that WINS in a head-to-head match up with this weapon since there is nothing that can reflect physical icons.

And as for the price of the finger, I suspect it to rise as it will be retired and it's still VERY much worth it to buy even at 3 or 4 million.

i was able to grab two SFF for 2mil each. to be honest its pretty good, a small step above the 12-13 iconers, a small step below the anagram swords. i say buy it now because i dont see it dropping below 2mil.

Wish I could afford it :/

...It's not going to deflate is it? Can't blame me for wishful thinking.

^ why not? It's been only a week old and there's probably people still holding on to their points or hoarding fingers. If stamps are a rough gauge I'll say that prices will deflate and stabilise, with minimal increases....unless someone buys it all up and forces the prices to shoot up

2mil per SFF is pretty affordable actually.. (since we're non legit players) I bought 2 of them and never regretted my purchase. The price of it would only increase, I've spotted some hoarders already.
