So I'm using the neocodex scoresender and It doesn't say on the log that my scores were reviewed. I used a random list that looked reasonable... how can I know if any of my scores are being reviewed so I can adjust to being frozen ?

It will say it's being reviewed. Success means that there is no review.
Also, that review score list is very out of date, I would advise you not to go by that as some may be much lower now.

where will it say it? does it show in the score sender log?

On the log, yes.
It'll say in red "score reviewed".
When it doesn't you'll see Game Id/score/time and the word "sent".

Make sure your times are legit, score senders are risky if you aren't careful!
