Just curious, has anyone let Abrosia run for multiple days using the scheduler? I'm interested because I'm going on a 3 day vacation starting tomorrow yay :)

It might, but that is because of Neo's servers being a prick, not the program.

Ohhh so its just bad luck. Ok then.......
On a side note, what's the longest that someone left abrosia on and not being affected by neo's crap servers

I accidentally left Abrosia on for 3 days when I first joined Codex. I ended up getting frozen, but it didn't "glitch" throughout the 3 days :p

Don't be sorry, I've been frozen over the last 9 years probably 150+ times. Haha I highly doubt it. Probably a few left that spend 6+ hours at a time in shops on HPD, but other than that most buys are probably by Autobuyers these days.

I envy people like you, who TNT seem to just pass over completely. I plan meticulously, and seem to always get frozen. Then there are people like you and @Faintingcow who just AB all day everday in [high risk] shops and never get frozen. <_<

I know! and there are those who get frozen for abing for an hour twice a week! I've had shells frozen for very little abing... I don't understand how they decide who to freeze and who not to... it doesn't seem to make any sense

If you use an ip that has accounts frozen, it is 10 times more likely to get frozen. That's why when I got a new IP address, I created a new account :)

Meh. I wouldn't put too much into this.

I think but am not sure that if an account gets frozen for autobuying or score sending or for anything else, that IP address is flagged. That's why people with multiple accounts go through the trouble of proxies. If one account gets frozen, all your other accounts and future accounts on that IP address is at risk

Yes, I have multiple instances running but only one will be abing at any given time and I only check abrosia for bans and glitches once a day. Usually works pretty well

I've had it running for about 3 days none stop now in low profile shops on a newbie account. So far so good...

However I did submit a score that had to be reviewed. If I get frozen theres no telling which one caused it haha

Still kinda risky because its against the rules to have more than one main. Doing abing at different times doesn't mean much because they are still on the same IP address, which = one person 2 accounts in TNT's mind. It would be more convincing to occasionally autobuy on both accounts at the same time so you look like 2 people in a family.

3 days in a row no break? Or did you ab a few hours a day? Sometimes reviewed scores get accepted, it comes down to how careful you were in sending scores :p

I've legit rsed on multiple accounts on the same ip without too much problem and I never said I don't use proxies for abrosia. :p

Nice! Though if you mess up once, you're screwed. Learned it the hard way :(

I feel its safer if you dont transfer anything between accounts, that way it could appear that its just you and your (sibling, roommate, etc) playing, but I also have a dynamic IP that changes whenever the "modem" is reset, as far as abing in high risk shops, theres factors and variables that I'm working on figuring out, with these under control high risk shops wont get you frozen, I might write a guide on it in the future.

As far as autobuying for multiple days, I've left it open in Magic for 3 days, It restocked until I got RS banned, went to igloo until I got unrestock banned, and got maybe 3-5 more morphing potions before I got restock banned again, which it restocked in the igloo until I got home.

Came home today and found out abrosia froze on day one :( Lost 2 days of autobuying. Is there any way for the program to recover from a hiccup of Neopet's servers?

I wonder if its possible to have three instances of the program open at once, then creating unique schedules for the days you want.
So set instance 1 to run on monday, instance 2 on tues, 3 on wed.

Or does changing the settings on one instance affect all the others immediately?
