I'm addicted to cracking my toe knuckles. They crack whenever I curl my toes really tightly.

I'm addicted the heartwrenching sadness that comes with drinking too much... ffffff i gotta quit.  :crybaby:

The only cure for that is to drink with other people only. I never drink by myself it's just not fun for me.

Sometimes when I curl my toes, my foot and calf get cramped and it hurts more than drinking alone and wallowing in self pity. Hopefully that puts things in perspective. :) You're welcome!

And having no friends is a good thing. Less worries.

I've been cracking my knuckles before I practice cello to loosen up my fingers, and lately it's become a habit. I hope it isn't terrible for fingers because I like doing it :(

It is bad. Science shows you have a greater chance of your fingers falling off if you crack them. It's different for toes, though. I don't understand science.

It's because cracking your toes is so fucking weird that the scientists couldn't find enough people who do it to actually study.

BB took over my life too. I feel like a part of me is missing now that I'm finished.

Also, i crack my knuckles...  maybe I shouldnt. heh

Casual addictions: internet, coffee, sweets, netflix. :/ Trying to cut out the sweets though.
