Is that the pets i own seem to refuse the books i give to them " No it looks to boring " and im just here like " HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL WHEN I HAD TO TAKE ENGLISH CLASS " Psh i wish i could just deny a book XD

If you change the language you have neopets set to and try to read the book again it will work. You might have to try a couple of different languages though.

Here's some more annoying things for you. 

As for the book, the asian languages tend to work the best.

agreed. i hate having to change the language to make it work, although it takes just a couple of minutes.

why can't my pets just read every book i give them   it's so ironic when in another language they say they had lots of fun reading the book, lol.

I just pop over to one of the Asian languages, as Satsuki mentioned above, but if that fails (which has been rare in my experience, then Spanish or Dutch seem to work. I've never had to go beyond selecting a different language more than twice.

Uhhh that's rudely stereotypical, and my response wasn't really meant to be a question... If you wanted INT you would just run the cliffhanger program and thats what I was trying to get at.
