Eefi's Restock List Helper guide

Hello everyone! Have you ever been through the horrors of being a normal member like me and toiling to make restock lists? Are you tired of wasting lots of time and effort on formatting the text just right? @Eefi has made a really useful website that helps us format our restock lists automatically! Here is a guide (with pictures!) on how to use this simple tool.

Pros:
Fast
Formats correctly all the time

Cons:
There are no cons :)

First, open up the shop you want to AB in (I'll use 58 as an example), then go to this website: http://dyn.kanojo.de/~eefi/listgen.php

NOTE: The main server seems to be down, use the alternate website for now: http://ghostdub.de/~eefi/listgen.php

The website should look like this:

Second, highlight the first to the last item and copy paste it into the text box in the website. Repeat if you need to import more than one page of items.

Third, submit the text by pressing the button. You should get this page or something similar:

Finally, paste that into your text editor and save the restock list as a .txt file!

Final notes: The website is almost always up but may occasionally be down. Just send a message to Eefi if it's down and she'll look into it :) You can also try out the alternate server here: http://ghostdub.de/~eefi/listgen.php

And please please PLEASE +rep Eefi for her work here: http://www.neocodex....fi#entry1711649

When I was a poor neopian just like you, I too sought for a way to make restock lists much faster. Like seriously, it can take up to an hour to do a book shop restock list. Now I don't play neopets anymore :p But yes this is extremely useful. Pin worthy?

Just so everyone knows, Advanced members get access to a restock list generator right in the item database itself.

Y'know, if you wanted to pay for (or work towards) that convenience ;)

But only regular members really use manual lists on a regular basis :p Advanced members have codex's pre-made lists already.

Hey thanks for the guide, this is great! Just a question, does the placement of the items on the list make any differences, like if items placed higher up have priority over items under it?

Yes the higher up the list the higher the priority. If all the super high prices UBs are near the bottom, you'll likely miss out.

I know that the higher on the list, the more priority it has, but how come sometimes it buys a profitable item, buys a less profitable item, and then buys the old one again? Why doesn't it buy the most profitable ones until it's sold out, and then move on?

Anyone?

@Anyone

Or sorry, I didn't know there was someone here actually named Anyone. I was pleating for help.
