when i  open the 'pre-Loader' it fails and i get this message: See the log file _____________ for details.

 

So i check the log file and get this message: urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it>

 

 

 

 

I have fixed the problem... possibly not the easiest way, but still, its a fix!

 

SOLUTION:

 

Restore computer to earlier date! This worked well for me.

 

It took me a while to restore correctly. I had to go into safe mode to be able to do it.

 

If anyone finds a less dramatic fix, be sure to post it here

Someone already had this problem here: http://www.neocodex....gram-wont-start It's not resolved though.

So maybe it's your anti-virus that blocks the connection?
