Is there a specific page you go to collect them, or how can you tell what Boon you have?

I believe you head back to the Battleground to do so? (As long as you aligned yourself with the winning team AND made sure you won at least 10 battles during the current round).

you can click the link in the battledome "return to your faction" or something like that.

Yeah the 10 is just a low minimum to make sure you've actually contributed toward your team winning.
If you've not already done so I recommend checking out Neoquest's Battledome APer.

Some will tell you that 20 is the actual number, but despite what they say, 10 is still the number you have to beat.

Some will tell you that 20 is the actual number, but despite what they say, 10 is still the number you have to beat.
Rep given for that. I have been under the impression that 20 wins were needed for the last several months.
